Traditional Christmas Sessions 2024 (Deposit)

Sunday 27th October, Saturday 2nd November & Saturday 16th November

Secure your photoshoot now with payment of the £25 deposit. This fee secures your selected time slot, our expertise and creativity during your photo shoot. The final £75 balance and completion of the registration form will then be due no later than one week before your shoot.

Choose your date and time slot in the drop down menu, and follow the booking process, once completed you're all booked in.

Your session will be held at 'The Old School Room' in the beautiful village of Blackfordby near Ashby de la Zouch, and is open to any aged children from 6 months. Immediate family only, with up to 3 siblings and parents are welcome to join in if you wish. Please note that sessions are open to one household only, if you would like to include extended family or friends, please ensure that you book two sessions blocked together.

Your online gallery will be available to view around 10 days after your session, this will be sent to your email address for you to choose your images, upgrade your package and make further orders.

I will make the decision as to what photos are edited based on smiles, focus, lighting etc. If you would like to agree a specific pose or setup with me, please do so before your session.

FAQs
What to wear -
Children to arrive in either seasonal pyjamas or winter red/green/blue/gold/silver/grey/cream outfits. Try to steer away from novelty Christmas jumpers and go for a more timeless style with braces, tartan, knee-high socks etc. We won’t have time for outfit changes so please arrive to the studio fully dressed and ready to shoot.

Session times - 

As shoots are back to back all day please arrive on time for your allocated slot, and if possible have your child/ren rested, fed and watered, it all helps towards some beautiful smiles.

Cancellations / Lateness / No shows - 

As these sessions are very limited and no more dates will be added, once booked these slots cannot be changed, moved, or cancelled, due to their bespoke nature, your deposit is non-refundable so please be sure you can attend before you book. 
Please arrive on time as we only allocate 20 minutes for each slot any lateness will be eaten into your session, more than 10 minutes will mean your shoot will be cancelled and a no show to will also forfeit your deposit.
